Forozan Zarrabi

Farozan Zarrabi was born in Afghanistan and moved to U.S. at the age of 13. She completed high school in Simi Valley, CA and later on graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix. 
She has been volunteering at Masjid Al-Rasool since 2008. Her assignments at this center range from event management to teaching at Taha Islamic Academy. She has been involved with conducting programs designed for women and has been the point of contact for those who decide to take steps and involve in the development of this Al-Rasool Masjid.
She has a spirit for community work and is mostly thrilled with contributing to the society.

Whoever knows his own self knows his Lord; moreover, you should acquire that knowledge without which no action is correct, and that is sincerity ... We seek refuge with Allah from knowledge which has no benefit', that is, from knowledge which is contrary to actions performed with sincerity.
