قالَ رَسُولُ اللّه ِ صلی الله علیه و آله: فَضْلُ الشّابِّ اْلعابِدِ الَّذى تَعَبَّدَ فِى صَباهُ عَلَى الشَّیخِ الَّذى تَعَبَّدَ بَعْدَ ما کبُرَتْ سِنُّهُ کَفَضْلِ اْلمُرْسَلینَ عَلى سائِرِ النّاسِ
Prophet Muhammad (SAWW):
“The virtue of a young person who worships (Allah) and devotes himself to obedience in his youth over an old person who worships only after reaching old age is like the superiority of the divinely sent messengers over the rest of people.”

رسول اکرم صلی الله علیه و آله مى فرماید: برترى جوانى که در جوانى خدا را عبادت مى کند بر پیرى که پس از پیر شدن به عبادت مى پردازد، مانند برترى پیامبران الهى نسبت به دیگران است

Imam Husain ibn Ali (AS):
خَطَبَ الامام الحسين بن علي عليه السلام فَقَالَ: إِنَّ الْحِلْمَ زِينَةٌ، وَ الْوَفَاءَ مُرُوَّةٌ، وَ الصِّلَةَ نِعْمَةٌ وَ الِاسْتِكْبَارَ صَلَفٌ، وَ الْعَجَلَةَ سَفَهٌ، وَ السَّفَهَ ضَعْفٌ، وَ الْعُلُوَّ وَرْطَةٌ، وَ مُجَالَسَةَ الدُّنَاةِ شَيْنٌ‏، وَ مُجَالَسَةَ أَهْلِ الْفِسْقِ رِيبَةٌ
"Forbearance is an adornment, loyalty is noble character, and maintaining ties is a blessing; while arrogance is insolence, haste is foolishness, and foolishness is weakness. He further warned that seeking superiority leads to peril, that keeping the company of the lowly is a disgrace, and that associating with people of open sinfulness is a cause for suspicion."
بردباری زیور انسان است، وفاداری جوانمردی است، و پیوند و صله‌رحم نعمتی الهی است؛ تکبّر گستاخی و خودبزرگ‌بینی است، شتاب‌زدگی سفاهت است و سفاهت نشانه‌ی ضعف است؛ برتری‌جویی انسان را به ورطه‌ی هلاکت می‌کشاند، همنشینی با فرومایگان مایه‌ی ننگ است و همنشینی با اهل فسق موجب تردید و بدگمانی می‌شود

Imam Musa ibn Jafar al-Kadhim (AS):
قالَ مُوسَى بنُ جَعفَر عليه السلام: اِنَّ لِلّهِ عَلَى النّاسِ حُجَّتَيْنِ حُجـَّةً ظاهِـرَةً وَحُجـَّةً باطِنـَةً، فَاَمَّا الَّظاهِرَةُ فَالرُّسُلُ وَالأَنْبِياءُ وَالأَئِمَّةُ، وَاَمـَّا الْبـاطِنـَةُ فَالْعـُقـُولُ

“Indeed, Allah has two proofs (ḥujjahs) over the people: an outward proof and an inward proof. As for the outward proof, they are the messengers, the prophets, and the Imams; and as for the inward proof, it is the intellects.”

امام كاظم عليه السلام: خـداوند را بر مردم دو حجّـت اسـت: حجـتى آشكار و حجّتى پنهان و درونى. امّا «حجت آشكار»، رسولان و پيامبران و امامانند. امـّا «حجت باطنى»، عقـلهاسـت

الحَقُّ مَعَ عَلِیٍّ وعَلِیٌّ مَعَ الْحَقِّ لا یَفْتَرِقانِ حَتّی یَرِدا عَلَیَّ الْحَوْضَ

“The truth is with Ali, and Ali is with the truth; they will never be separated until they return to me at the Pond (of Kawthar).”

حقّ با علی و علی با حقّ است، این دو از هم جدا نشوند تا در حوض (کوثر) بر من وارد شوند

20th, 27th DECEMBER and 3rd JANUARY: TIA WINTER BREAK

Taha Islamic Academy will be Closed for Winter Break on December 20th and 27th, and January 3rd, and will resume classes on January 10th, insha’Allah. Families are encouraged to enjoy a restful break, inform teachers in advance of any absences in January, and stay attentive to any homework assigned during the break. The administration thanks the community for their continued support and prays for ongoing guidance through the Qur’an and the Ahlulbayt (AS).
